Created to commemorate the arrival of family patriarch, Don Santiago Torano in Cuba from his native Spain. A slow burning, well balanced, medium bodied cigar with a razor sharp burn and a smooth easy draw. Its deep, rich flavor profile features distinctive hints of peper, caramel, nuts and sweet spice right to the finish.

The Torano 1916 Cameroon is a smooth tasting cigar, with many different flavors all rolled into one. The outward appearance is definitely appealing, a smooth wrapper with fine veins and great construction. As you smoke the cigar there is, of course, an undertone of cedar throughout. Other flavours meld with this cedar backdrop throughout the cigar. At first light, I wasn’t sure what the first flavour to come out was. It was sweet, but creamy as well, hard to put your finger on. Then, as the draw continued, peppery spice came through. This cigar is an enjoyable smoke when you want to sit down for a relaxing hour or so. The size makes for a great draw, and there was always plenty of flavourful smoke ready to come out. Overall, a very pleasant smoking experience.-Fumée featured reviewer Dave
